Oplin offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions include unlimited chat messages and advanced analytics features.
Billing: Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You can manage your subscription and billing through the customer portal.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be provided at our discretion.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. During maintenance periods, some features may be temporarily unavailable.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with commercial arbitration rules.
